DALISAY OPLE-SAN JOSE

Atty. Dalisay Ople-San Jose obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo School of Law in 1987 and passed the bar given that same year.  She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1988.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Philippines.  She took up Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Masters in National Security Administration (MNSA) at the National Defense College of the Philippines (RC 36). 

She started her law practice in 1988 as a junior associate at PECABAR where she was assigned in its Intellectual Property and Administrative Department.  She left private practice for government service, first at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) where she was a lawyer at its Corporate and Legal Department and thereafter, at the Senate of the Philippines where she was the Chief of Staff of then Senate President Blas F. Ople.  In 2002, she was the Corporate Secretary of IBC-13.  She rejoined PECABAR in 2005 as Senior Associate and is currently  assigned in the firm’s Corporate and Tax Department

Atty. San Jose is also on her second term as an elected Councilor in the Municipality of Hagonoy, Bulacan and is currently the Vice-President of the Philippine Councilors’ League in the first district of Bulacan.

She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (Bulacan Chapter), the Philippine Constitution Association, Lady Local Legislators League of the Philippines and the Association of Pacific Local Governments
