He received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sto Tomas, Faculty of Civil Law in 2005. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at San Pablo Major Seminary, Baguio City in 1998. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2006.
