She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law (Second Honors) in 2010. She recieved her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (College Scholar) at the University of the Philippines in 2005. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011.
